Big Storage, a valued long-term client, engaged with us to optimise their online presence through comprehensive SEO, Link Building, and PPC services. The primary objective was to enhance lead generation by generating submissions through their storage booking form.
Given our partnership with Big Storage spanning over a year, we conducted a thorough dynamic strategy review.
Following the assessment, we adjusted our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reviewed our current objectives. This process ensured our strategies were finely tuned to accommodate the evolving needs of Big Storage for the upcoming year.
After a comprehensive review of our previous year’s performance, we marked new goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to pursue. Our overarching objective across all services was to enhance both the quantity and quality of incoming leads.
The challenge at hand was to achieve improvements in lead numbers, considering we were already experiencing satisfactory results on an upward trajectory. Additionally, we needed to ensure the maintenance of high-performance metrics whilst implementing new service pages on the website and the launch of Google Ads campaigns for the client’s latest offerings.
To boost organic traffic, we focused again on improving positions of keyword rankings. This involved in-depth keyword research and the identification of high-quality domains tailored to individual service pages on the Big Storage website. On-site optimisations were implemented, which included the addition of new service pages and the incorporation of engaging content, including blog pieces designed to encourage user interaction and improve on-site engagement metrics.
With our PPC services, we continued with monthly optimisation tasks, refining keyword, location, and audience targeting. Additionally, we launched new Google Ads campaigns for emerging locations and services, effectively meeting our newly established KPIs.
Comparing our last 3 months’ results to the previous 3 months, we have seen good improvements:
From Organic Traffic we have seen a 53.89% rise in Average Engagement time per session and a 26.13% rise in engagement rate, which means that users were better engaging with on-site content, as well as well as attracting a more relevant audience due to the improvement in keyword rankings.
Organic Booking Form submissions increased by 58.33%, and through our Google Ads, we have seen a 12.32% increase despite being in a slower season according to historical data.
